Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a cohesive technology strategy that aligns with our business goals.

• Provide leadership and direction to our technology teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.

• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in software development and technology to drive innovation.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute technology initiatives.

• Oversee technology budgets and timeframes.

• Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.

• Mentor and develop a high-performing technology team.

• Provide insightful, strategic input and direction on decision-making issues affecting the organization (e.g., evaluation of potential alliances, product development, etc.).

• Effectively communicate technology strategies and trade-offs to stakeholders at all levels.
  

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in technology leadership roles.

• Must have held a CTO title in a startup (not personally owned) or in a company that scaled to over $1MM in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).

• Up-to-date knowledge of software development practices and advancements.

• Proven experience working directly with executive teams, with a strong ability to communicate complex technology concepts and strategies in a clear and effective manner.

• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
